Product Support Engineer (80-100%)

• You will join the dynamic Product team and play a vital role in providing an unparalleled experience to our customers by addressing technical field issues.
• You investigate and analyze technical issues reported by customers, identify possible root causes and use data and analytics to diagnose the most important contributors.
• You work with cross-functional teams, including design and manufacturing, to develop and implement solutions.
• You manage development projects, ensuring that both technical and timeline requirements are met.
• You maintain a laser focus on understanding our customer’s value chain.
• You document findings, solutions, and recommendations for future reference and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You provide guidance and support to internal development teams ensuring that lessons learnt from field experience are incorporated in new designs.
• You manage customer relationships and expectations by communicating clearly and effectively.
• You continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving product enhancements.
• You support the design and manufacture of prototypes and conduct basic tests and experiments to validate solutions developed.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• You possess a customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
• You demonstrate understanding of engineering principles and design concepts.
• You bring 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role involving industrial equipment.
• You have a strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• You possess effective communication skills and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
• You have enthusiasm for problem-solving and creative thinking.
• You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Having CAD and PLM experience would be a plus.
• You are fluent in business English; German would be a plus.
• You are willing to travel between 25% and 40% of the time (initially mainly to Iceland).
